Connected Culture set to Expand

Apple's recent release of iOS 5 may radically accelerate the connected transformation more deeply into world-wide culture. I used CiviCRM to power the member services features for my first foray into Web 2.0 technology at Trinity Church in Hamburg. When we moved to Manhattan, I discovered that a meetup for CiviCRM had started just a 10 min walk from our apartment and I started attending, so I'm even more "in to" CiviCRM than ever before. I was curious about the general use of CRM in business. CRM is Customer Relationship Management in the enterprise and Constituent Relationship Management in the non-profit audience of CiviCRM.
